Nothing To See Here Citizen, Move Along......

on today's walk about town, i saw my first traffic stop! couldn't imagine what the heck for. because scooter drivers are in general crazy! but they pulled the two girls on the scooter over. there were two cops from the car and a traffic cop (stands in the middle of the intersection at "rush hour" directing traffic.


Maybe the infraction was an SUI..... you know, Scootering Under the Influence?


maybe it was the old SWH....Scootering While Hot?
