the scooter is the most prevalent mode of transportation in the country! i have seen families of 4 on one. i've seen scooters with trailers attached. it's amazing!
here is another example of necessity being the mother of invention! i walked past this scooter and thought What The Heck!


but then i see this little old lady hop on and take off down the road!
